Holiday Inn Express & Suites Liberal by IHG

We like to stay at Holiday Inn Express because we always know what we're going to get - a good breakfast and comfortable night's stay. The room was very clean and very comfortable. This location exceeded our expectations - mostly because of customer service - from the front desk, to the housekeepers to the breakfast attendant. All friendly, helpful and pleasant to be around! And the fact you had a fresh berry bar made you A+++ in my estimation. Thanks for a great stay!

This was an absolute pleasure to stay at this location. What can I say a truckers paradise! The pool and hot tub were amazing. They also offer sodas and candy at the front desk. The bed felt like I was on a cloud; very comfortable. The bath tub was very nice as well. They also offer a small dirt lot for you to park your semi truck. Thank you for a relaxing great stay and the staff are very customer service friendly and always attentive. Thank you again! Until next time bc we will be back!!!

My Fiance and I have stayed at this exact hotel like 4-5 times now, Liberal Kansas is the perfect halfway point from where we live in Arizona to where our families live in Illinois. The staff is always so nice and welcoming! LOVE that they allow pets and everyone always wants to pet my dog and they give him treats! The rooms are always nice and clean! Also absolutely love that they have their automatic coffee machines set up in the lobby so we can grab coffee super early in the morning when we’re leaving. They also have Keurig’s, kcups and disposable coffee cups in the rooms! They always have shampoo/conditioner, soap and body wash in the bathrooms also; so if you don’t want to use your own stuff, you can just use theirs!

I’m a travel nurse so I frequently stay in hotels across the country from Alaska to Maine. I have to say this has been one of my best experiences! Stacey at the desk held on to my door dash order I accidentally placed too early (oops). The hotel was clean! Everyone was friendly from the front desk to the housekeeper. My dog typically hates hotel rooms but he came right in and laid down here. It was very quiet and comfortable. Good tv channel options. Pet fee was only $25 which is reasonable compared to the $50-100 I’m used to. The breakfast selection was also better than most hotels & there was good coffee! Free parking & a noon checkout time. Overall, it was a 10/10 stay and I’m glad we stayed here! We also stopped at the Dorothy house just a few minutes down the road which was cool if you like the wizard of oz :)

Highly recommend! We’ve had the most wonderful stay. The breakfast person was wonderful! The front desk person was wonderful! The room was so clean and comfy! The bed was wonderful ! The pool! The food !! Il come back t liberal literally to just come stay here again!!

Conveniently located fairly close to the Round Top Antique Show (about 30-40 minutes). Very clean rooms and helpful, friendly staff. I will stay here again.

This was a perfect halfway point between Kansas City and Albuquerque. My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay! And the staff is very kind and helpful! I left two very important bracelets behind at the pool and they mailed them back to me. I'm so grateful!! Thank you so much! (Also if you stay here, be sure to get beers at Tortuga Brewing, tacos from Guayaba Cuisine, and then stop for morning coffee at The Cozy Corner!)

Very clean and comfortable room and the customer service was A+. Very friendly and helpful, even provided dog treats and bags for our pup. Breakfast had a good assortment, including fresh berries! Highly recommend.
